Alexandra Leininger is a Director at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting.

She has started her career in 2000 in a Big Four Firm in Luxembourg where she has been working in the fund distribution sector.

She has joined Arendt Regulatory & Consulting in 2013. Since then, Alexandra has developed and acquired a strong expertise in all fund distribution related matters (including product authorization and licensing requirements). She has been particularly involved in advising and assisting clients in the cross-border registration and distribution of their UCITS and AIFs all over the world. Alexandra handles and supports a series of large clients with pan-European distribution of multiple funds/classes with a particular focus on Alternative Funds Managers.

Alexandra is regularly at the initiative of and speaker at webinars dedicated to fund distribution topics and is also a regular trainer at Arendt Institute.

Alexandra holds a Luxembourg license in the “droit des affaires et des sociétés” issued by the Chamber of Commerce.
