Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.

The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:

Senior Manager- Legal in-house Counsel

Your role:

• Drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements and any other legal documents;
• Negotiating various types of agreements with third parties
• Contributing to long-terms projects in terms of contractual review but also coordination;
• Providing legal advice to senior management and other internal departments
• Preparing the corporate documentation of the company; 
• Ensuring the corporate governance principles applicable to a PFS are followed;
• Monitoring and reviewing new laws, regulations and market practices which may impact the business;
• Assisting with debt recovery files; 
• Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, notaries, local authorities, etc…;
• Taking part on various projects; 
• Working on specific client files when necessary. 
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of legal professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Your profile:

• You have a University degree and a master in law (or equivalent); 
• You have between 8 and 10 years of experience in a similar position;
• You are fluent in English
• GDPR knowledge would be an asset;
• You can work under limited supervision
• You are well organised, have very good communication skills and you are a good team player;
• You are also proactive and eager to learn.
