Elvire Bastendorff

Born in Paris in 1972, Elvire Bastendorff works as an independent visual artist whose creative reasoning ventures over multiple territories such as video, photography graphic art, and scenography. Having left Paris for the Réunion in 1999, she worked as a teacher and coordinator at the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts. She also discovered her fascination for gardens, flowers, cyclones and volcanoes. In 2002, she moved to Luxembourg and since, travels between Paris and Luxembourg. In 2012, she presented her installation “Full contact 2.0” at the MUDAM
