Yann Spielmann is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises domestic and multinational private and listed companies, private equity firms, real estate funds, financial institutions and individual investors on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, with a focus on corporate law, corporate governance, corporate finance and transactional business law in general.
From September 2023 to February 2024, Yann was seconded to Arendt & Medernach’s representative office in London.

- Master’s in Corporate Law from Université Aix-Marseille (France).
- Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
