Wassim Fahime is a Senior Associate in the Investment Funds practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory and corporate aspects of the creation, development and restructuring of Luxembourg investment funds and management entities. Wassim also advises domestic and foreign asset managers on fund acquisitions of private equity, infrastructure and real estate assets, and on fund restructuring and financing activities.
He joined Arendt & Medernach in 2021.
- Wassim holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) (2021).
- He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2022.
