Rachel Paton is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises fund sponsors on the structuring and operation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds that pursue a range of investment strategies, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate.
She also advises on matters of Luxembourg corporate law, fund structuring and regulatory compliance.
- She was awarded a Bachelor’s in English Literature and Art History from the University of Sussex (England) in 2017 and a Master’s in Law from the University of Law (England) in 2019.
- She is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales since 2025.
- She joined Arendt & Medernach in 2020. Prior to this, she completed internships at a law firm in Hong Kong and the Court of Justice of the EU.
