Michèle Kemp is a Counsel in the Knowledge Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. Michèle is responsible for a wide range of knowledge management projects covering investment funds.
Before joining the Knowledge Management practice in 2018, Michèle specialised in investment fund work focusing on UCITS, as well as on structuring and organising significant real estate investment funds. Michèle also advised and assisted international clients on all matters related to selecting and setting up various investment structures, including by liaising with the competent regulatory authorities in Luxembourg.
