Mathieu Vacher is a Director in the Governance Services department of Arendt Investor Services. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law and developed his expertise in corporate governance matters for regulated and non-regulated funds.
Mathieu is specialised in the implementation of cooperation model for the partial or full outsourcing of the corporate secretarial activity of large financial institutions.

Mathieu Vacher started his career in the banking sector. Then he moved to a top-tier corporate services provider, acting as senior manager for 5 years and assisting especially private equity funds and infrastructure funds, being member of various boards of commercial companies, regulated and non-regulated funds for international private and institutional clients.
Mathieu also worked over 2 years in the Private Equity & Real Estate and the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practices of Arendt & Medernach before joining Arendt Investor Services in April 2023.
