Mathieu Sebastiani is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management and Private Equity & Real Estate practices of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in alternative investment funds and advises clients on all legal and regulatory aspects of the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies, including debt and private equity.
He also advises fund sponsors on a wide variety of issues, including the creation of solutions to activate private wealth channels, investments, governance, compliance and co-investments.
- Mathieu holds a Master’s in Business Law and a Master’s in International Business Law and Cross-Border Procedures from the Université de Lorraine (France). He also completed an LL.M.-level exchange program in U.S., International and Transnational Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law (USA).
- Mathieu has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2021 and is registered on Liste 1 (Avocat à la Cour).
