Marc Tabet is a Director at the Paris office of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC).
He supports asset and wealth management professionals throughout the full lifecycle (onboarding, clients, distribution, management, reporting, etc.) with regard to strategic, operational, organisational and governance (change management) issues, the digital transformation, adapting to new technologies, and the automation of processes through artificial intelligence, in particular.
Marc specialises in asset management and private banking, with international experience gained from working in Europe (Switzerland and France in particular) and the Middle East (UAE and Saudi Arabia). He also has experience in managing team from across the world (US, APAC, Europe, India).
- Marc has a degree in Management Sciences from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and a degree in Strategy & Communication from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (France).
- He also has a Private Wealth Certificate from the Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire (ISFB) in Geneva (Switzerland).
- Marc started his career in Switzerland in 2007 working in the strategy department of a well-known French bank before shifting to roles in private banking.
- He then followed an entrepreneurial path by becoming an independent consultant for clients in the financial sector (banking and insurance).
- More recently, he worked in a consultancy firm as a Senior Manager in asset management and wealth management. In particular, he contributed to the firm’s growth both in France and on a global level. In this context, he was involved in digital transformation projects (project management, process automation, selecting partners, etc.), operational projects (TOM design, cost optimisation, etc.) and commercial development strategies (deployments in new markets, strategic studies and benchmarks, market mapping, etc.).
