Lucía Salguero Hidalgo is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She advises domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory and corporate aspects of the creation, development and restructuring of Luxembourg investment funds and management entities. She also advises domestic and international asset managers on a range of investment strategy acquisitions, with a focus on private equity, restructuring and financing.
- Lucía holds a Master’s (LL.M.) in European Business Law from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) and a Master’s in Access to Legal Practice from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) (Spain). She also holds a Bachelor’s in Law and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Spain).
- Lucía has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the Spanish Bar since 2022.
- Before joining Arendt & Medernach in 2021, Lucía completed internships as a legal and compliance officer at an international bank in Luxembourg and at a well-known Spanish law firm.
