Kamila Nieśpielak is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice at Arendt & Medernach, which she joined in 2019. She advises a broad range of international clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of structuring, forming and operating alternative investment vehicles — both regulated and unregulated — with a particular focus on private equity and infrastructure.

- Kamila has been a member of the Warsaw Bar since 2013. In 2020, she was further admitted to the Luxembourg Bar to practise under her Polish professional title.
- Before joining Arendt & Medernach in 2019, Kamila gained experience at a major Luxembourg trust company, where she advised clients on corporate matters relating to Luxembourg entities, including private equity vehicles. Prior to relocating to Luxembourg, she honed her expertise over nearly nine years at leading Polish law firms, advising German and English-speaking clients on corporate law and representing them before courts and other adjudicatory bodies.
