Hendrik van der Grift is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach. In this role, he specialises in corporate taxation.
He advises on the national and international tax aspects of private equity transactions, debt and real estate investments, and the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds, regularly taking the lead on complex files. He has a particular focus on the DACH region.
- He has an LL.M. in International and European Tax Law, as well as an LL.B. in European Law from Maastricht University (The Netherlands).
- He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2024.
- Before joining Arendt & Medernach, he worked as a tax advisor in a Big Four firm in Luxembourg.
