Guy Harles is a Founding Partner and former Chairman of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises multinational, domestic and HNWIs companies on the structuring of international transactions, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and private wealth management.
