Gil Bové is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach. He practices civil and commercial law and specialises in international commercial and civil litigation, enforcement of foreign judgments and awards, and international commercial and investment treaty arbitration.
- Gil studied law at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), the University of Ottawa (Canada) and the University of Melbourne (Australia).
- He has a Master’s in Global Business Law and Governance, as well as a Master’s in International Trade Law and Arbitration from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
- Gil has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2021. He currently serves as a representative and board member of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg and is also a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Luxembourg Arbitration Association (LAA).
- Prior to joining Arendt, Gil gained experience in Paris in the fields of international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration.
