Gennyfer Peeters is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in investment fund law, with a particular focus on UCITS and regulated alternative investment fund structures.
She advises domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory, corporate and governance and operational aspects of the formation, fund raising, life cycle management, liquidation and restructuring of investment funds and management companies, as well as on broader legal and regulatory issues arising in this context.
