Fatima is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of the formation, development, day to-day management and restructuring of investment managers and regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a particular focus on liquid AIFs and semi-liquid AIFs investing in private assets.
- She has a Master’s in Business Law and a Master’s in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Montpellier (France), as well as an LL.M. in International Law and Management from HEC Paris (France).
- She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2022.
