Emilie Probst is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in civil and commercial litigation, advising both local and international clients, with a particular focus on commercial, fund-related and financial disputes. She assists clients at all stages of a dispute.
She also advises clients on matters and proceedings related to insolvency and restructuring.

- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2025, Emilie practised for five years at a mid-market Luxembourg law firm, where she gained extensive experience in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department. She specialised in insolvency matters, working alongside court-appointed receivers in the context of bankruptcy and judicial reorganisation proceedings.
