Clément Lefebvre is a Senior Manager in the Advisory practice of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting SA.
Clément has more than 8 years of experience in a number of industries, such as asset management, insurance and banking. Over the course of his education and career, he has developed expertise in defining new operating models and identifying process inefficiencies and solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Clément holds a Master’s in Finance from ICN Business School (Nancy).
He has experience working on large business and IT transformation projects for key actors in Luxembourg and France, providing guidance and monitoring services to internal and external teams while also supporting both the project and executive committees. This provided the opportunity to gain and demonstrate skills at all stages of a transformation project, such as business analysis, development, testing and roll-out.
