Charlotte Demangeat is a Senior Associate in the Tax practice of Arendt & Medernach. She works closely with the Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits team.
Charlotte advises on Luxembourg and international individual taxation, social security and remuneration. She has a strong focus on cross-discipline projects involving tax and employment law matters, executive remuneration and incentive compensation design.
She advises shareholders, executives, fund managers and HR leaders in both international and local companies operating across all industry sectors.
- Charlotte has a double Bachelor’s in Law and Economics, a Master’s in Notarial Law, a Master’s in Wealth Management and a post-graduate qualification in Luxembourg law (CCDL).
- She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
- Before joining Arendt, Charlotte spent four years at an advisory firm where she advised clients about employment and personal taxation, mobile workforce tax and social security, and reward.
