Caroline Grillon is a Senior Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC), where she specialises in cross-border investment fund distribution.
Caroline advises Luxembourg and international clients on a broad range of investment fund distribution matters, and has particular expertise in cross-border registrations within and beyond the EEA. She is highly experienced in investment funds marketing communications compliance, and supports clients in structuring their advertising across all media channels, in line with applicable European and national rules. She also assists Luxembourg-based IFMs in meeting local governance and oversight requirements related to marketing communications.
- Caroline holds a Master’s in European and International Business Law from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (France), as well as an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh (UK).
