Carole Houpert is the Director of Learning & Development at Arendt, leading Arendt University and Arendt Institute.
She is in charge of developing the firm’s learning offers and designing impactful learning materials that address individual learning needs. She also has specialist expertise in instructional design and learning facilitation.
- Carole has a Master’s in Global Learning and Development Leadership from IE Business School (Spain) and Nyenrode Business School (the Netherlands).
- She also has a Master’s in Finance & Control from IECS – Strasbourg (France).
- Carole is a qualified statutory auditor (réviseur d’entreprises) in Luxembourg, in addition to being MTBI® Step II certified.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she gained more than 20 years of experience in Big Four firms, where she led audit engagements of banks, industrial and operational companies and public sector entities. In addition to her auditing responsibilities, she was in charge of the audit learning department, where she designed, developed and delivered training programmes on a wide variety of topics (financial and auditing standards, management skills and personal development). After leaving the field of auditing, she was responsible for the learning offer at a Big Firm academy, where she strengthened her pedagogical and learning delivery skills.
