Aurélie is a Manager in the Business & Tech Transformation team at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting SA. She joined ARC in 2023 after gaining initial experience at another consulting firm and mostly works as a business analyst and project manager on strategic transformation projects for clients in the financial sector.
Aurélie has over 4 years of experience across the private assets sector. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has honed her ability to analyse complex operating models, identify inefficiencies, and design practical, client-centric solutions that drive process improvements and enhance the overall client experience.
She has contributed to several business and IT transformation projects in Luxembourg and also Paris, supporting them to adapt their platform to today’s evolving market. Her responsibilities have included project coordination and assisting in internal and external project communications, enabling her to gain hands-on experience across different phases of transformation initiatives.
