Arnaud Huguenel is an Associate Partner in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach, working closely with the Employment Law, Pensions and Benefits team.
Arnaud leads a specialist team advising employers, executives, entrepreneurs and private individuals on Luxembourg and cross-border personal taxation, social security and remuneration matters.The team focuses on delivering pragmatic, fully compliant and business-oriented solutions in complex, high-value situations, including international mobility, executive remuneration and Luxembourg-related investments and structuring.
Arnaud is also an active member of Arendt’s Private Clients group, which supports individuals and families in structuring their personal and professional assets through an integrated corporate, real estate, civil law and tax approach.
He advises individuals, as well as shareholders and executives of both international and domestic companies operating across a wide range of industries.
