- Anders holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School (USA). He also earned an MBA from Politecnico di Milano (Italy), graduating cum laude, and completed a business specialisation at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (USA).
- Anders’ practice is grounded in a strong foundation in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, where he advised on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He subsequently worked closely with the senior management of blue-chip companies, advising on large-scale international transactions, corporate structuring and strategic initiatives throughout South and North America, Europe and Asia.
