Agathe Houssine is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach currently on secondment to the Hong Kong office.
She advises domestic and international clients on legal and regulatory aspects of the formation and ongoing operations of investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs with liquid strategies.
She also advises on a variety of regulatory issues, particularly in relation to the structuring and reorganisation of investment fund management entities.
- Agathe has a double Master’s in European Law and Management from the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale (France) and SKEMA Business School (France).
- She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and holds the title of Avocat à la Cour (Liste I).
- She is also a member of the ALFI Country Market Intelligence Technical Committee for Asia.
- Agathe was seconded to Arendt & Medernach’s London office in 2023, where she advised local clients on Luxembourg legal and regulatory matters.
