
Bastien Burin is a Counsel in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in corporate law, advising global and domestic companies, as well as private equity and real estate funds, on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, corporate reorganisations, and governance matters.
Bastien joined Arendt & Medernach in 2010. From October 2019 to December 2021, Bastien was seconded to the Hong Kong office of Arendt & Medernach, where he advised clients based in the Asia Pacific region in connection with the acquisition, disposal and restructuring of businesses or assets.
