Natalia Tsirmpa is a Counsel in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in corporate law, advising national and multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity and real estate funds on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, refinancing, joint ventures, and transactional business law in general.
- She holds an undergraduate law degree and Master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg (France).
- Natalia has been a member of the Bar Association in Greece since 2016 and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2019, she worked as in-house legal counsel in a Luxembourg based company, as well as in law firms and legal organisations in Greece and the United States.
