AMLR across sectors: Regulatory dialogue and industry insights

We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive seminar on one of the most pressing regulatory developments facing the financial industry today: the new European framework on anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorist.

The Anti‑Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR), together with the extensive set of Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) currently being developed, will significantly reshape AML/CFT requirements across all sectors. Although applicable from 10 July 2027, these changes already require careful anticipation and proactive preparation from market participants.

At a time when compliance expectations and supervisory scrutiny are intensifying, this seminar offers a unique opportunity to take stock of the current situation, gain clarity on what is coming next, and prepare your organisation for what lies ahead.

Alongside an analysis of the most sensitive and operationally critical aspects of the new rules, with a particular focus on CDD obligations, as well as broader compliance challenges from Arendt partners, the programme will feature a panel discussion bringing together regulatory authorities, including the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and the Cellule de Renseignement Financier (CRF), as well as representatives from leading professional associations (ABBL, ALFI, ACA).

The discussion will focus on supervisory expectations, implementation priorities and key challenges firms are likely to face as the AMLR framework takes shape.
