About the training session
Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- understand what the right to disconnect means;
- understand the legal framework governing the right to disconnect under Luxembourg law and recent case law;
- identify the practical implementation measures, to comply with Luxembourg law on right to disconnect.
Content
- Overview of the rules relating to the right to disconnect, with a focus on:
- Key legal provisions and guiding principles
- Measures to put in place to ensure compliance with the right to disconnect (including the right measures to ensure compliance)
- Points of attention (staff delegation, training, etc.)
- Q/A session at the end of the course.

People in charge of Human Resources as well as any person interested in the subject.
