Investment funds qualify as PRIIPs (packaged retail and insurance-based investment products).  When a PRIIP is sold to a retail investor within the meaning of MiFID 2, a PRIIPs KID has to be drawn up and made available to such retail investor. The objective of the training is to:

(i) identify and understand the impact of the new PRIIPs provisions on investment funds and their impact on the sales process

(ii) review the risk management and other quantitative features of the PRIIP regulation, discuss about the challenges in terms of data management, etc.
