With the adoption of a new eIDAS regulation and after three intense years of digitalisation catalysed by the global pandemic, the electronic signature has now become an essential tool for companies to pursue and even develop their activities. While the practicality of such a tool is no longer in question, it should not be used lightly as it could jeopardise the very validity of the electronically signed document.
Our experts, Faustine Cachera, Sophie Calmes and Astrid Wagner, will provide an overview of the applicable rules as well as the good (and not so good) practices that have developed in recent years and the case law that is beginning to emerge in this area.
