That is why Arendt’s Corporate Governance Centre is pleased to invite you to its 2022 webinar on the current trends, challenges and opportunities observed in corporate governance matters.
Our experts Sandrine Périot (Partner, Arendt Regulatory Consulting) and François Warken (Partner, Capital Markets) will address new governance-related developments for investment funds and listed companies, while Emmanuelle Mousel (Partner, Insurance and Reinsurance; Banking & Financial Services) and Fouzia Benyahia (Counsel, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions) will focus on good and bad practices observed in intra-group relationships from the banking, insurance and corporate law perspectives.
