Arendt Financial Law Forum (AFLF) 2018
Programme
This year, we will have the great privilege of welcoming Mr. David J. Wright who is the current chairman of EUROFI, Paris, and a Partner at Flint Global, as a keynote speaker.
We will be focusing on the powers of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESA) and the challenges of corporate governance. An update on securitisation will be provided as well and we will also explore recent developments in case law relating to financial law matters.
These recent key legal and regulatory topics will be addressed by distinguished external speakers from the banking, corporate, fund and asset management sectors at an international level who will share their views with our Arendt experts in financial matters in what is expected to be a lively debate.
