Jasmine
Cornil
Senior Associate
Jasmine Cornil is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
Jasmine joined the practice in 2015. She specialises in investment fund matters and advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, organisation and marketing of management entities and investment funds, with a particular focus on complex UCITS and AIFs with liquid strategies.
Jasmine also advises on a variety of regulatory issues, in particular in relation to liquidity management matters and UCITS eligible assets.
She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
Jasmine holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter (UK), as well as a Master’s in Business Law from the Université de Rennes I (France).
