Director
Neela Gungapersad is Director in the Corporate Services department at Arendt Investor Services in Luxembourg.
Neela focuses on Private Equity & Real Estate and has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, combining audit, regulatory, investment fund and corporate services knowledge. She started her career in 1997 as auditor with a Big Four firm and moved to corporate services in 2010.
Prior to joining Arendt Investor Services SA, she was Business Unit Director at a major service provider in Luxembourg, where she primarily served clients active in the private equity and real estate sectors. She has also been a member of various boards, including of regulated and unregulated securitisation vehicles, private equity structures and holding companies.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK).
