Delphine Garnier is a Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC).

She provides assistance on data protection matters, and particularly on the proper implementation of the GDPR. Her diverse client base encompasses not only the financial sector, but also the public sector and other industries.

Delphine started her career in 2013 as an auditor.

In 2018, she joined a local Luxembourgish company, where she was in charge of the development, implementation and ongoing compliance monitoring with the GDPR, both internally and on behalf of the clients. She took a lead role in ensuring that her organisation achieved and maintained appropriate privacy policies and procedures that could effectively minimise the risks stemming from GDPR requirements. During this time, she gained knowledge in the fields of regulatory compliance, organisation and process optimisation.

Delphine is a member of the Luxembourg Data Protection Association (APDL).

She holds a Master’s in Business and Administration from the INSEEC Group (France). She also holds a Master’s in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon business school (France), and is DPO certified (Data Protection Officer) by the EU GDPR Institute.
