Manager
Marina Carrer is a Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting SA (ARC).
Focusing on UCITS management companies and AIFMs, Marina acquired in-depth knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance, business organization and process optimization in the asset management sector.
Specialised in fields like Compliance, Anti-Money-Laundering, delegation oversight and GDPR, she provides wide-ranging regulatory and operational advice to clients from Luxembourg’s financial sector, and assists them with the set-up and organisation of their businesses in Luxembourg. In addition, Marina supports Compliance Officers in their daily tasks and in the accomplishment of their compliance program.
Marina studied at the University of Luxembourg, and holds a Bachelor’s and a Master I in Economics and Finance. She also holds a Master II in Wealth Management from the Luxembourg School of Finance.
