Emilie
Ramponi
Senior Manager
Emilie Ramponi, Senior Manager, is in charge of the Fund Company Secretary department at Arendt Investor Services. She is also serving as board member in sub-threshold AIFMs and private equity funds.
Emilie has over 14 years’ experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry and specializes in company secretary services and corporate governance proceedings.
Before joining Arendt Investor Services in October 2016, Emilie worked at a US bank and a management company in Luxembourg where she gained a solid knowledge in complex governing structures.
Emilie has a strong expertise in a broad range of regulated and unregulated structures such as traditional funds, multi-manager funds, pension funds or private equity funds as well as so-called Super ManCos.
Emilie holds a Bachelors’ Degree (Hons) in Business Administration from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Troyes (Groupe ESC Troyes) and studied in Finland and the United Kingdom as part of her degree.
