Virginie
Freymann
Counsel
Virginie Freymann is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She focuses on microfinance and social impact projects. She advises select domestic and international clients in the impact investing sector on the corporate and regulatory aspects of the creation, structuring and operation of microfinance funds and social/environmental impact investment vehicles. She advises fund sponsors on all legal and regulatory aspects connected to the structuring, formation, and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, as well as on related transactional activities.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Virginie worked for several years in the banking, finance and capital markets team of a Magic Circle law firm.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2010.
Virginie holds a Master’s from the University of Strasbourg (France) and a Master’s from Nancy 2 University (France).
