Virginie Freymann is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice.
Virginie specialises in investment fund law and she advises domestic and international clients on the corporate and regulatory aspects of the creation, structuring and operations of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles as well as on related transactional activities.
Virginie is also specialised in banking and finance law matters, including in particular acquisition finance, asset finance, securitisations and structured finance.
For many years now, Virginie is fully dedicated to microfinance, social impact projects and inclusive finance.
- Virginie is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2010.
- Virginie holds a Master’s degree in private law from the Strasbourg University (Université de Strasbourg) and a postgraduate degree in International Business Law (Droit du Commerce International) from the Nancy 2 University (Université de Lorraine).
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Virginie has worked for several years in the banking, finance and capital markets team of a Magic Circle law firm.
