Dominik
Pauly
Partner
Dominik Pauly is a Partner in the Finance & Capital Markets practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in banking and financing, where he advises clients on complex cross-border finance transactions. Among others, these include acquisition, real estate and project financing, with a focus on transactions that concern the German market or involve German stakeholders.
He also advises domestic and international clients on complex cross-border refinancing, financial restructuring and enforcement of collateral.
Before joining Arendt & Medernach in 2020, Dominik worked as a finance lawyer at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) for several years.
He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the Koblenz Bar (Germany).
He is also a member of the Financing in Private Equity working group of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association.
Dominik is a German-qualified lawyer. He studied law in Trier (Germany) and Newcastle upon Tyne (UK), and holds the first and second state exams in law.
