She advises domestic and international clients on legal and regulatory aspects linked to the formation and ongoing operations of investment funds , with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs with liquid strategies.
She also advises on a variety of regulatory issues, in particular in relation to the structuring and reorganisation of investment fund management entities.
- Agathe has a double Master’s in European Law and Management from the Université du Littoral de la Côte d’Opale (France) and SKEMA Business School (France).
- She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
In 2023, Agathe was seconded to Arendt & Medernach’s London office, where she advised local clients on Luxembourg legal and regulatory matters.
