Carolina advises clients on the legal, regulatory and corporate aspects of structuring, creating and developing regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt.

- LL.M. in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
- LL.B. from Moldova State University (Moldova).
She is co-founder of Impact Moldova asbl and has been president since 2021, as well as being in charge of the legal and fundraising side of the association.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2019, Carolina interned at the European Investment Bank and worked as a legal counsel for an oil and gas company in Moldova. In 2023, Carolina was also seconded for 6 months to one of Arendt’s clients, which is a leading global asset manager with headquarters in London.
