Susanna
Güven
Senior Associate
Susanna Güven is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She is specialised in regulated and unregulated investment fund work, advising clients on all legal and regulatory aspects related to the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt. Moreover, Susanna also advises on Luxembourg corporate law, investment fund transaction structuring and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Susanna practiced for several years with a leading Swedish law firm, and worked as senior legal counsel at a leading independent fund platform in Europe and Asia.
She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Stockholm (2013), as well as an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration Law from the University of Stockholm (2014).
Languages: English, Kurdish, Swedish, Turkish.
