Caroline
Grillon
Manager
Caroline Grillon is a Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting SA (ARC), where she specialises in cross-border investment fund distribution.
Before joining ARC in 2019, Caroline was an Associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Arendt & Medernach.
Caroline advises Luxembourg and foreign clients on a wide range of investment fund distribution matters, including EEA and non-EEA cross-border registration. She is also an expert of funds marketing communications compliance: she notably helps clients to structure their UCITS and AIF advertisements across all types of media in accordance with applicable European and foreign national regulations and assists Luxembourg IFMs to comply with the Luxembourg scope of governance rules in that field.
Caroline holds a Master’s in European and International Business Law from Dauphine University in Paris, as well as an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh.
