Marcel
Kaiser
Senior Associate
Marcel Kaiser is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in investment fund matters, mainly advising domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory and corporate aspects of the creation, development and restructuring of Luxembourg investment funds and management entities. In particular, he focuses on anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing requirements.
Marcel studied law in Bonn (Germany) and Toulouse (France). He is a German-qualified attorney and holds the German first (2015) and second (2018) State Examinations in law, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Marcel gained experience at international law firms in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Luxembourg.
He has been a member of the Koblenz Bar (Germany) since 2019.
