Iulia Gay is a Counsel in the Finance & Capital Markets practice of Arendt & Medernach.
With a specific emphasis on fund financing and securitisation, she provides comprehensive advisory services to clients across various financial transactions.
Her extensive background includes representing asset managers, investment funds, securitisation structures, banks and financial institutions in a broad range of cross-border transactions, including subscription lines, NAV financing and securitisations involving broad asset classes.
- Iulia holds a Master’s in Business Law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), a Master’s in European and International Business Law from the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (France), as well as an Advanced Master’s (Mastère Spécialisé) in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School (France)
- Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014
- Member of the Management and Corporate Governance sub-group of the Best Practices working group in the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) since 2023
- Before joining Arendt & Medernach SA, Iulia practiced in several international law firms in Luxembourg and prior to that, as in-house legal counsel at a major French bank in Paris.
