Antonella Graziano is Director in the Directorship & Governance Services department at Arendt Investor Services. She specialises in Director Services, Private Equity and Real Estate. 

She gained considerable experience working with asset managers, institutional and corporate clients and their Luxembourg structures since 1997, particularly in the fields of private equity and real estate, and serves since few years as a director of numerous Luxembourg investment entities.

Antonella started her professional career in 1992 in Italy and joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 1994. She then worked for three years for one of a major international bank. In 2002 she joined a trust company owned by a Big Four which eventually became PSF and part of a German bank located in Luxembourg. She joined Arendt Investor Services in 2011 as senior manager in the Directorship & Governance Services department where she specialised in corporate and administration services for private equity and real estate structures and developed a deep knowledge in corporate governance. 

Antonella has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from the University “La Sapienza” Rome (Italy) and is qualified as Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg and as risk manager with specialisation in investment funds.
