Kevin
Mercier
Manager
Kevin Mercier is a Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting.
Kevin specialises in compliance matters, providing assistance to investment fund managers for the evolution of their internal organisation and processes, and in regulatory reporting (covering, among others, FATCA/CRS, Annex IV AIFMD Reporting, DAC6, and the overview of the regulatory reporting obligations for the different types of fund structures in Luxembourg).
As part of the risk team, Kevin is involved in projects aimed at assisting clients with the set-up of their risk management documentation and governance. He particularly advises on risk management procedures and policies, their implementation, and their ongoing monitoring processes.
Prior to joining Arendt Regulatory & Consulting in September 2018, Kevin completed his Master’s with a specialisation in corporate finance from ESCP Business School in Paris.
