Sybille Shakir is the Conducting Officer in charge of the Legal & Compliance department at AManco.
Before joining AManco, she was a Senior Advisor in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach, where she specialised in fund-related matters, advising international clients on the corporate and regulatory aspects of creating, structuring, operating and marketing investment funds (including UCITS and alternative funds), management companies and AIFMs.
- Sybille holds a Master’s in Law from the Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium)
- LL.M. in European Law from Bristol University (England)
Sybille spent a year advising on investment fund-related matters for a law firm based in Dublin (Ireland).
